The tranquility gong bath is simple and elegant. The crystal bowls and gongs evoke calm inner tranquility and take you to a state we like to call “Gong Land.” It is designed to let you reset your nervous system simply through the rebalancing effect of the harmonic frequencies of the instruments.
Technically, we are chronically stressed in life as our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) is overworked and constantly firing. Running and fighting too much can lead to physical and mental imbalances.
With gentle, harmonic resonant sounds, you have the opportunity to stop running and fighting. This helps balance your autonomic nervous system and prioritize your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to promote restorative healing through your body’s own incredible systems and intelligence.

This event brings together local musicians and sound healers to help us attune to the changing season and connect with our herbal ally, sister cannabis.
We are excited to feature Adron Beene with the gongs, multi-instrumentalist Justin Mosley, Dazzy Ray on the Bowls and Voice, and Dallas with the didgeridoo and more. Each bringing their unique talents to create a magical night of music, community, art, and healing.
We invite the plant medicine of Cannabis into this space to help open our hearts and soften our perspective with compassion. She also has a way of activating the creative and playful parts of us, making her a powerful tool to help you reflect on the energies of the changing season and the music’s healing qualities.
Autumn Equinox is when day and night are in balance. This symbolizes harmony between the physical and spiritual realms. It reminds us to cultivate balance and serenity in our lives. As the leaves change, and fall to the earth, we transition from the vibrant energies of spring and summer to the restful energies of fall. We invite you to join us for an evening to slow down, reflect inwardly, and gently realign for inner growth. This is a time to give thanks for the harvest and abundance and embrace a more serene, contemplative time of the year.
This will be a BYOC (bring your own cannabis) event, welcoming both CBD and THC. Join us for this special evening that celebrates music, healing, plants, and the power of community.

This event brings and extra special gift as we have Adron from Laya Gongs joining as the special guest. A musician and healer who ties his knowledge of music, the spirit and his yogic path together to create a safe, deep space for the journey of the soul.
We will start with opening prayers and tea before going on an hour and half journey of transformational breath, ending our session with a sound journey of live instruments and a round of sharing. This is a chance for you to truly go deeper into the support of mama earth, sound, and community
